This picture was taken at the WV Crop - We all call it the Power of One. Each of us are doing a layout. I wanted to do something different...so....here is my altered charger plate. I used alcohol inks, Basic Grey Rub-Ons, ribbon, gold cord, brads and my Crop a Dile.....I might play with it some more, but I really like the way it turned out.
