I've done exceptionally well the first 3 days...no problems "wanting" to stay motivated - which is good.
I'll be in Philly all next week on travel - the hotel we are staying at has a kick ass gym - My goal, should I choose to accept the challenge, will be to use the facility every morning. NOW...will I or won't I? How cool would it be to come back from a week long trip and have lost weight????
I'll be busy packing and working around the house this weekend.
