I didn't scrap. I didn't even take anything to scrap. I think it came so close on the heels of my busiest work period, ever and working on a major contract negotiation that the thought of planning layouts just wasn't going to happen for me. I read. We walked. We talked and we laughed. Time with the Cell is always refreshing.
I did very good eating. Did I eat more than I should have? Yes, but as much as I normally would have - not any where near that. I haven't weighed, but I know I either held steady or maybe even lost a bit.
I took an extra day off and I'm getting caught up on cleaning and laundry.
