It's Thursday....

I have to say, I could honestly be retired and be a happy girl. I enjoy my job, but I love my home, love scrapping - I just love being at home. However, it doesn't pay very well, so that isn't happening anytime soon. LOL

Next week I leave for a week in Austin, TX for work. I will get to see a couple of Dawgs, Cynthia and Barb (who is 1/4 of the cell). It's odd, I haven't begun to pack yet - so unlike me.

I'll be able to pop online in the morning and evening, but my days will be busy from the time I step out of my hotel room until the time I return in the evening. It's a great conference. The NASA SEWP contract staff are amazing and it's the best run government contract out there today. I'm actually very proud my company has a contract and I am the Program Manager. There are only 38 companies that have a SEWP contract and this contract vehicle generates over $70Million in revenue for my company a year. During the conference I get to meet some of our customers, work with the SEWP staff on improvements and suggestions. It's a very productive, informative and yet, enjoyable time as well.
