So far so good!
I was down 2.2 pounds this morning! Today was really busy at work, so I didn't have much to think about nibbling - but I did have a "working lunch" and ordered a salad for myself and didn't have one of the cookies.
Breakfast is always yummy. I'm a fan of egg beaters - so I have that with some low fat cheese and canadian ham.
The string cheese is great for a quick snack during the day.
Since we both love the roasted veggies - we love having those every night. Tonight we had some steak on the grill.
And ending the day with a sugar free fudgesicle is great!
But the thing that got me through today was the quick results I have seen - so motivating!
Jocelyn - if you want to do South Beach with me - I'd love the company!!!!
Now I'm looking forward to getting on the scale in the morning!
